You do just spray it on like the grill.

 

Either tape around all the trim or remove it and paint it. I took mine off to paint as I think you get better coverage. Both ways take about the same amount of time.

Did you guys use sandpaper before spraying or just spray away?

I did this mod but not in a "proper" way and therefore do not want to post a write up.

 

I am still waiting for someone to come up with a way that is done the right way.

If you didn't do it in a "proper" way why did you do it, impetuosity? Are you thinking you'll pop fuses, burn wires?

Picked her up 2 days ago and equipped her with Rota G-Force Steel Grey 18x9 5x100 e35, Continental Extreme Contact DWS 245/40/18. Kudos to Waazoo (sp) for the inspiration - I finally put it all together

Wheels look fantastic! I had those same Conti xtreme contact DWS on my 08' LGT, I bubbled 2 sidewalls within a year, never did that before w low profiles.
