I feel your pain. I have been looking for a master gasket kit for my SVX EG33 for the last two years. I will have the time this summer to pull the motor and reseal it like I want to but can't for the life of me find those gaskets. The next thing is to rebuild parts of the front suspension and sort out the small electrical gremlins I'm experiencing.
Did you try this? Overhaul Gasket Set - Subaru (10105AA060)
says it's still available...

Test fitted my new lights along with skirts and mirror covers to kinda mock up what it'll look like soon
I like the lights. What's the source and approval type? (ECE, DOT)

I know a guy. I now have a whole example. I'll see what he thinks about printing them. Personally, I want to come up with a billet aluminum version.
Meantime, I've bookmarked that dealer. Thanks!
That's an idea too... they aren't that difficult a shape, so if you had the right tools you could create it in a CAD program & generate a CNC program. Not sure which would be more cost effective.

More trim bits reinstalled. Sucks waiting for the local dealer to get clips in. Found the bits that hold the lugage privacy shade in the local yard and successfully got them out. Time to search around for a way to reman these since these always break and Subaru says they don't have any more.
We added an SVX to the "fleet" last August. I share your pain, waiting for parts or having the dealer tell me parts are no longer available. While the SVX is a '92, I started checking up on my local dealer's all to frequent NLA (No Longer Available) answers. As a result, I often use an online Subaru dealer in Washington state. With the exception of the parts that are truly discontinued by Subaru, their price & delivery time has been great...
As far as the luggage shade hook, one of ours broke too. I cut off the back & used a generic, square, snap-in screw anchor with the old hook. Works ok, but could be tighter. I don't think there is a parts listing for the hook. We need to find someone to 3D print the parts...

FWIW - 06 Baja is built on the 2nd Gen (2000-2004) Outback (Legacy) platform which would explain why these look like 2000-2004 era Legacy seats.
Baja production ran from July 2002 – April 2006
Isn't that 3rd gen, (1999 - 2004)?

installed a new radiator. Original one only lasted 20 years & 202K+ miles

Is that a horse trailer? What's the TCTW? What are you using for electric braking?
it's a 2 horse Brenderup... mechanical brakes, no controller required. IIRC TW is ~ 200 #

Were the seats bolt in or did you have to be creative?
My back has always been unhappy after a couple hours in our 1998 GT seats, whereas our 2006 GT seats are good for a road trip...

Installed my JDM projectors...
Did you correct the beam pattern for "Drive on Right" traffic?

Since the wagon is down with a bad alternator, I drove the '97 GT on the 110 mile weekly round trip to the office today. Since I replaced the ECU it has been running great! I actually really love the car and enjoyed having the sunroof opened up in 80 degree weather on the ride home. Thinking of maybe fixing this one up and giving my son the wagon to drive instead. Love them both though... just need more 2nd gens in the family!
I can relate... just need more garage & driveway space.

-1 camber is OK for "spirited" driving, -1.8 is OK for the track...
IMHO you should put the car on a frame rack. Camber is not adjustable & the large variation L to R is the concern. Is the car lower on the right? Has the car been in an accident?

Which OE does Subaru use for suspension parts?
in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)

Moog is NOT Chinese... they are U.S., a quality aftermarket suspension parts company that has been around for decades. https://www.drivparts.com/brands/moog.html
