  1. I’m sure you’d be fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah, I guess I meant resister since that’s what they’re calling it. Passenger VLR6 for turn signal Passenger VLR4 for DRL Driver VLR4 for DRL Drivers VLR6 for turn signal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Alright, so here’s the “against the garage” pics. I took one of the controllers out so you can see the brights vs DRL mode. They’re pointed in the same direction, but it’s supposed to be 800 lumens with the controller in DRL mode, 2500 as high beams. DRL’s, without vs with the controller Lows + fogs Highs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah, I kind of noticed that when I posted the pics. I wonder if I had the control boxes on at the point when I took this? I'll try some more pics tonight and see if there's a difference.
  5. I bought damn near the whole from setup from VLED (low beams, high beam/DRL, and fog lights). I wish I would’ve taken before pics, because it’s so dramatic when compared to the stock ones. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. DRLs Lows only Lows + fogs Highs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Any updates on this? Are you driving it around yet? How much are the mounts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I ended up finding a used trans for a good price, but it’s nice to know that this would be an option, so thank you for that! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I’m with others. I wanted to STi swap my car because my trans went to shit but I just decided to replace with a used one. Let us know what you used for axles and driveshaft, especially if they were OEM parts
  9. Yeah, I might just risk is since the price is substantially cheaper (and there are examples closer as well). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. So the answer to 1) is no. The best they have is REM treated gears, which would probably make them stronger, but maybe not STi strong. So now to find out the answer to 2)...
  11. Hello everyone! My transmission just took a dump and I’ve been pursuing options for replacement. I’ve seen Brendan’s STi swap thread, and to be honest, that’s a little much for me to undertake right now. I was curious of 2 things: 1) I noticed RalliSpec has upgrades for a lot of Subaru transmissions. However they don’t specifically notate that they work with our trans. Does anyone have experience with getting their trans upgraded, or know for sure what parts are compatible? 2) I noticed when looking at used transmissions that there are different part numbers for the 2012 GT (TY756VLCCA) vs the 2010-2011 (TY756WLAAA). Does anyone know what the differences between the two are and if that’s drop in compatible with my car? Thanks in advance!
  12. Bump to follow and to see them wheels on the car (and to know what needs to happen to make them fit).
  13. I don't suppose there's a version of this that's applicable for the 2010+ GTs?
