  9. the last 1.75 miles was all sand, it reminded me of when i went through SFAS. now i'm getting ready to go to ft benning for air assault and RSLC. all 15 guys in my company that got their eib's are getting sent to all kinds of schools. i guess it does pay to be a winner..LOL
  10. now im just sitting around the house staying off my feet, my shoulders and thighs are sore, i ran the last 1.75 miles through the sand on firebreak 6 up to ritz epps and i'm paying for it now
  11. it was a molle, you are no longer able to use an alice pack in the 82nd. it was the EIB packing list, it weighs about 45. EIB has totally change, this is the first year that they started doing it this way, you have 3 lanes (urban, patrol, and TCP). all the task are put into a sticks lane and you have 20 minutes to do the scenario based lane that incorporates all the tasks. all of the guys that already have their eib say that its somewhat easier but there is new stuff like operating a BFT and loading a ASIP radio with the SKL and the fact that its like a stress shoot all in one. i was true blue up to the last day and i switched direction and distance on shift from a known point.
  12. got my EIB first time Go, i'm glad so i get to sit back and relax and grade next year. i finished the 12 mile road march in 02:55.41, i'm so stoked
  13. ugh...cant wait to hurry up and get my EIB so i can relax and dont have to do it next year
  14. next time i'm up in charlotte hanging out with my friend i'll shoot you a message
  15. i want some new wheels! i dont like the ones i have on my car now, anybody want to trade wheels? i've got ASA wheels, i think they are the ja3. they were on the car when i bought it
  16. how far away is huntersville from ft bragg?
  17. he's only 31, forgot to mention that his wife works there as well and she's a service writer too. His supra was amazing and fast as f**k! When he took me for a ride the first time, the car was stupid fast and literally 2 drops of pee came out into my pants! lol
  18. i know he said that he could get me a good deal, but you never know. his list of cars that he has and had is one to envy: 01 Integra type R, 05 sti, 05 evo, 95 supra with greddy single t78 pushing 850rwhp, currently he has 2 240's with sr20 and a SC 400 with a 1jz swap. he never half asses his builds
  19. my buddy works at the rick hendrick lexus in charlotte thats right off of us74, he is a service writer as well and makes some good money. i'm not sure if they are hiring, but it cant hurt to go check it out eric
