  1. Here is a shot of the whole back end so you can see how it could look on your wagon. I think it looks cool for all they cost. I doubt they do anything performance wise to the car.
  2. Yeah I know, I had to get one of my mufflers replaced in my last state inspection and they messed up my left tip. That is the next thing on my list. I got the diffuser on Ebay. It was the 34"x6" Rear Lower Bumper Diffuser. It only cost $24.
  3. I added a rear diffuser to the rear. I think it looks good, what do you think?
  4. Here are some pics of my Legacy with Enkei wheels and TEIN lowering springs. Car has 76,000 miles on it and I have owned it since it was new.
  5. Got my new wheels on, I think they look pretty good. I didn't have to roll the fenders or anything.
  6. I do agree that the LED lights were horrible. However, the HID bulbs in the stock housing seems to throw out a very good coverage of light. I would not do the HID high beam either. I went with the GTRLighting kit because it comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their HID stuff. It was more expensive, but I figured the warranty would be useful down the road so I didn't have to purchase them again. Again, it is personal preference...it's your car, do what you want with it.
  7. In the instructions of the kit, they tell you to drill a hole into the dust cover so the bulb will fit in without letting any dust or water get in. Worked out great.
  8. I agree that the LED ones were junk which is why I sent them back. The HID replacement that I got were very nice and are working great. I think they were about $200 when I got them at the time. Not too bad which includes a lifetime warranty.
  9. I got these: https://gtrlighting.com/gtr-lighting-35w-canbus-pro-single-beam-hid-conversion-kit-3rd-generation/ 5000k H7 Kit.
  10. I got HID replacements from GTRLighting.com and what a difference. These are really nice and super bright. Much better output than the LED ones. If anyone wants a pic just let me know.
  11. I went ahead and emailed the company and asked if the hot spotting issue was a normal thing. They had gotten back to me and said that not all LED bulbs work well with projector headlights and that HID would be the better alternative. So they are doing an exchange for me, I am going to send back the LED and get a set of HIDs instead. Once I get those installed, I will let you know and provide photos. So just as a FYI, LED bulbs aren't designed to work on our cars....at least the GTR Lighting brand.
  12. Here are some quick shots I took while driving some back roads around 50 MPH. The last is down a street with street lights overhead. I think it is much better than the factory headlamps.
  13. Sorry I haven't posted an update. I will snap some pics while I am driving tomorrow night. It's rained a lot here lately so it wouldn't give an accurate output.
  14. Here are some pics of the cutoff. I also have some without the fogs being turned on.
  15. https://gtrlighting.com/gtr-lighting-gen-3-ultra-series-led-headlight-bulbs-h7/ This is what I bought. They have other versions, but are a little cheaper.
  16. I didn't have to disable the DRL. I will have to get another pic tonight without the fogs on. The DRLs are bright enough to drive at night with, when turning on the headlights they get a little brighter.
  17. Here are some pictures of my LED headlights from GTR Lighting. I think they are a nice output. I only did low beams for now.
  18. Not sure exactly what the part is...I think it's the light cluster that is in the roof that says On or Off...supposedly there was a loose wire somewhere. I am sure that it can be fixed without the dealer, I just didn't feel like messing with it.
  19. Just took mine to the dealership to fix this issue. The part was $131.99 and it was the Lamp AY Map - part #84621ag41a. Pissed me off, but what you gonna do???
  20. Yes....when you put your high beams on, it will turn off the fogs. that is normal.
  21. That's weird that you had issues getting the filter in from under the hood. I just bent the filter a little bit and it sat right in place. Maybe I just got lucky. But, next time I will go through the glove box...it looks even easier. Since my car is a 2007, I just need to remove the little box in the glove compartment.
  22. Yeah it's post #130. I did it this way but you have to be very careful that you have your recirculate button turn off so you have access to the filter. Otherwise, you will have some major issues if you break anything down there. So pop off the cover, grab the filter out, and put in a new one. 5 minutes.
  23. Thanks Hota.....I checked mine. Doesn't move anymore. Awesome. Now I have to figure out what to do to snap it back in place, hopefully that it just got popped out of the socket. Looks like the dealer is going to fix it...The arm snapped off that controls the recirculate flap.
  24. I am not sure, when I first looked at it, the flap was down on the filter and my vents were set to bring in fresh air. So, I am not sure how it works. Can anyone look for me? All that is involved is opening the hood and removing the 3 pop pins on the top passenger side. Remove part of the weather stripping and lift up. Look down and you will see what I took a picture of....turn the vents on recirculate and normal to see if that cover moves. Thanks.
  25. Can anyone with a 07 verify what I have? I just need to know if the cover stays on top of the filter. A quick check would be to try and move the white piece up to see if it stays with those plastic strips. I put tape to hold mine down for the time being.
