  1. The guy was awesome to deal with. He is a one man shop but I would not let that bother you.

Total with tax and him coming to my work was $193.58 (this is with heater element)!!

Just did mine today, same price, same service. Highly recommend him.

  2. Guess the best question would be: Knowing what you know now, with the bad service (or just plain stupidity) and lack of install quality, would you spend the $140 and go with them again? Or would you just go with a $200 install from Safelite?

I'm going to get a new one next week.

  3. I had Firestone take a look at the brakes of a previous car I had, I was just driving by and the truck was having issues. They said that they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it home, took the drum off the brakes and the shoes had disintegrated. And they said they couldn't find anything wrong.
  4. Wow, $200 is definitely and awesome price for a clutch. Going to have to go to him soon, that's cheaper than my time in getting prepped to do everything.

Also, FWIW, I took the car to Stan's Alignment and Brakes per some AWDPirates comments. Top notch guys in there and they do good work, an alignment is an alignment, but they've earned my business for that kind of stuff. Priced cheaper than the one stop lube shops in town too.
