In my hands, those lines were impossible to access without taking the manifold off. Taking the manifold isn’t a difficult job but a time consuming one and you need to label all the detached lines. I labeled and took pictures of every line before taking the manifold off. I don’t know if anyone has any tips on repairing that without the manifold coming off...second time I removed the manifold was for TGV delete and fuel rail install. Either way, I’m pretty sure the easiest and cleanest way is to remove that manifold.

I personally liked your original facelifted taillights better than the US version. Are those more common than the US outback taillights?

I’ve never heard of blizzak becoming A/S at 8/32nd. I know snow tires have deeper tread pattern but that doesn’t seem right.

$400 is a bit steep but I ended up paying $350 to have it dropped off and it was on a wooden pallet.

Did you ever get a nose clip delivered to your residential address?

I did get the whole clip delivered by freight. They dropped the whole thing off in the drive way. I had to remove the parts piece by piece, and moved the leftover radiator support once all parts I needed were stripped. The whole thing can be lifted with two people but I was by myself.

Just curious but why are folks hesitant about DT flex fuel kit if that's the only legit option on the market? It seems that only certain tuners are willing to work with the DT kit.

Also, I've been in contact with a few tuners and they all seem to tune for e85. I read multiple threads on variable e85 content etc. I'm just curious how the cars get tuned to account for that.

Yeah, I was pretty excited to get it, and had the bodyshop delete the front bumper recess and brackets since PA doesn't require a front plate.

Finally new wheels and everything put together! Took me two months on same wheels to decide between grey and gold...
