Barking up the wrong tree on that one. I live in Dublin (suburb of Cbus for those of you from 'roud herr) but I'm from Pittsburgh.

Threads like this, though fun, are almost pointless anymore because of Google. I'm sure it was a lot more fun and challenging when you had to scour the net more manually than just typing "2007" into google image search.

Having worked in a Goodyear for 4 years through college, I'm well aware of what balancing tires means, and I assume that's what you mean by RF(B)....what's the RF?

It was a civic that hit me with the dead center of their front bumper. There was some body damage behind my rear bumper cover, but it all got fixed.

No need to replace the tire, I actually managed to drive it from the street into a parking space with the wheel bent in that far. I figured if Petter can finish a rally completely missing a wheel, I can drive 20 feet into a parking space with 30deg of superfluous camber.

I was pulling into a parking lot, guy SOMEHOW didn't see me and decked my LR wheel. Needed most of the LR suspension components replaced. Fully covered - didn't pay a dime, he got a citation for failure to yield.

nobody takes vacations anymore??

 

Just picked up an '11 outback and was interested taking it on a vacation to get to know it better. Anybody have any pix from 2010 or better yet, 2011 that they would like to share?

I talked to my dealer today and asked him if they would take my Premium wheels off when my car gets in and put on my LGT wheels. He said that after I take delivery of the car, they would do it. Then I asked if they would buy my Premium wheels from me, for a case such as yours where someone buys a base and wants alloys. He told me nobody ever buys a base and puts on alloys...........Really?!?

I sure as hell tried. I even said he could add $600 to the price of the car for a set of alloys and my sales'er said that they would love to do that but that's a Part's issue and isn't something they can add into the cost of a car.

So, it appears that the Graphite Grey is the most popular color (on this forum at least) based on the amount of responses on this thread vs. the other colors.

....not saying I dislike it as much as I would Sky Blue or Whatsit Brown....but I digress....

It just seems so <- yeah, like that guy...hanging out....drinkin' some coffee....not much to do....not very exciting.

Thanks guys and the rear tails have a film of tint on them installed by the local tint shop, dont know what brand but the stuff is pretty durable.... although you should cut a slit in the taillight crease to prevent it from cracking in that location, and DO NOT wrap around the edges, you should cut the film long the edge to prevent it from cracking too.

Did you do your headlights the Chas way, or did you buy them?

^lol imo i thought it sat like a monster truck. the wheel gap is huge stock. and you gotta get those hubs back on man it looks like your driving around on donuts. shop around for a nicer looking set if rims are out of the question.

Somewhere earlier on in this thread i said that i don't drive this way anymore. someone requested pics of it. unfortunately, even though they're back on my car NOW, the picture doesn't automatically update.

That is why I am thinking about it. Based on the roads in northern jersey we can not really lower the cars too much.

plus, IMO, it's already a pretty low car as it is..

i might but two hubs on one side and steel on the other. that way when I'm arriving i have hubs, and when i'm leaving i have steel.
