  1. A pic after my first hand wash of the Spring Season..

Very nice!. I'm itching to clay and wax my car. I'm going to do it after my first oil change.

I purchased a news front license plate bracket and new mud guards. Those will be installed after the car is waxed.

Can someone tell me where to get the carbon fiber hood scoop? Those look really nice, but I'm sure they are expensive.

    Thank you,

    Pete

  2. *Panel filter ~$50: improves mid-range power slightly, sharper throttle response.

*Rear sway bar ~ $200: makes the car much easier to rotate, reduces body roll.

Those would be the first low buck mods I'd go with.

After that, replacing your stock RE-92 tires is a MUST. Virtually *any* performance/all-season performance tire will be better. You could upgrade the tires to something better (and get better handling/braking) for ~$500-600.

Once your tires and suspension are set, an Access Port is the best "bang for the buck" power mod, as it allows you to reflash your car's ECU to match any hardware mods you might make (better flowing downpipe, cat-back exhaust, intake).

You can improve braking a lot with more aggressive pads like Hawk HPS or Bobcats. Pair it with some stainless steel brake lines and the brake "feel" will be much better. Again, start with the tires, as they are the car's weakest point. :)

Thank you for the information DJ. I cannot wait to get my new car.
