true story. My spec B was wingless. but now it's been with a new owner (Sold it April/May timeframe).

Spotted a red legacy wagon in Portland with an exhaust... I believe Sunday night last week. I was on vacation up that way and spotted it on the way there. I was in the Blue Mini

I keep seeing a blue LGT heading north on 89 every morning with rims and a girl driving... they almost look like spoked rims... I think rear tinted windows too but I dunno.

I spotted someone in Granthem NH Saturday mid morning ish... I hopped on 89N... you were waiting to leave the gas station when I went by... Dark blue or black GT, with tint, I think you went north too? I wasn't waiting for you to catch up though, sorry

My subaru looks stock so no one really notices it... I like it that way. Only thing that throws it off is the exhaust note...

I also was on my way to work.

Spotted a White LGT with tinted rear windows, tinted taillights, roof racks, and Jersey plates heading north up 89 just past the UVM exit in Burlington, VT this morning around 8ish. I was in the swamp donkey (Land Rover) heading south with a trailer.

My apology's... from the website I linked, it looked like you guys new eachother on a personal level. I was simply investigating all angles to help out the people he scammed. Either way, sounds like everyone got their money back and it's all in the past. Again, Sorry for the dragging.

2 weeks ago (Sunday May 1st) spotted a 2.5i with tint (I think?)... I did a couple pulls to show off my car muscles AND There's been another Spec B being spotted up in VT... it's a dark gray with exhaust and tint ('06-'07)... you on here? someone on 802 subaru spotted you a couple times. Edit, right after typing that I think I realized who you are.

Which springs will give about a 1" or bit more drop when matched to the Bilstein struts on the spec.B? (Question asked before by 2 others)... I'm looking at Tein S-tech Lowering springs... they say Drop: F: -1.54" / R: -1.46" and in the Spec B, that might be perfect because they sit higher. anyone use them?

Anyone brave enough to swap door panels and center console woodgrain pieces? I'm interested in swapping my spec b silver. PM Me

Spotted what I believe to be a black '05-'07 2.5i with gold rims heading up 89N yesterday (burlington to milton). pretty sure you had tint too? I was behind you. Love the black/gold look on the legacy.

+2 STILL haven't heard from him AT ALL... I believe it's safe to say he's a scammer.

He hasn't sent me any responses to my PM's, so I take that response as a "I called you out on your home turf dickbag!". PM'ed the Mod on the other forum to see what they plan on doing (prolly nothing because he's "well known" on that forum)

I pm'ed him again asking him to explain the whole identity theft thing (this AM)... he's been online since (3:30ish) and I have not gotten a response from him.

I have the same exhaust on my '08 spec b... LOVE IT... i also have a 3" catless dp... it's WICKED... and by WICKED I mean WICKED DRONEY on the highway... price to pay I guess. Goodluck!

I dunno SBT... another thing I found "odd" was his LAST post on here was about A-pillar gauge pod mounts and how he'd love to have them on his Talon and that was March 23rd ... sounds like he is just a plain scammer as the whole F/S thread STARTED March 9th... how would a family member give out paypal info and f/s stuff inbetween him posting about things for his car? so f'n fishy sounding... and I agree with Keith, GET THE CLAIMS GOING!!!! SOONER THE BETTER!!!

I received a response from him on the other forum" "Just so you know, I am not ignoring you I am awaiting the paypal information that was used so I can arrange refunds." Op and others who bought stuff from Garage.east, Please keep us informed if you receive your money back.

still no update and he's been on his local forum a bunch of times since yesterday... PM'ed him yesterday asking for explainations and haven't heard anything so far... You know... You'd think if someone was calling you a scammer on a forum you frequently visit, you'd pm that person IMMEDIATELY to get the shit straightened out... EDIT: And to the people who got screwed by this whole ordeal, I recommend when putting the paypal claim in, copying his claim about identity theft... maybe with a link, maybe save a screenshot of the webpage... that might help if it's disputed at all.

he said family... but what I don't understand is 1: how this happened almost exactly a year ago on another subaru forum, and 2: if people have his Cell number and talked to him about purchasing things from him and got pictures of everything (from his photobucket account), how was the money not given to him and yet he "sold" all the parts in the f/s thread he had open? I HOPE he tells his side of the story to resolve the whole thing.

I've PM'ed upstate and the mod over there to try and get that post reopened so we can continue to have an open communication about the whole situation, and resolve the whole thing... I do wonder... he bought head's off a guy here... same cell# as what was given to other guys who bought other stuff? I don't understand the whole identity stolen thing... I hope he explains the whole thing to me/us
