  1. No I put power seats in... the front can go up, the back can go down in terms of the seat cushion, which solved my issue. Honestly what you could try now that I've taken apart the seats a few times is get a piece of foam, cut/ fold/ shape it, and add it to the seat fabric under where the knee is and raise it manually... while you look for power seats :) or.. just put a thin pillow or towel. I did the towel thing to make sure that was going to solve my problem before I did all that, and it was the solution.
  2. Sti seats... but for me the only adjustment I was missing was the front height of the seats. It lacked thigh/knee support which the manuals could not adjust. I tried a power seat to make sure...and so I swapped to power front, and kept the leather for wear and tear. Haven't gotten around to switching the rear seats to leather yet since I don't use the backs except for baby seats, and the cloth seats are better for that anyways.
  3. I was hoping to hear an answer to a previous question: Which tires wear out faster? I "thought" that my front tires wore out faster, and the only little things I can find say that they do via a google search, but I know all AWD cars aren't made equal.

I'm replacing two tires that are within tolerance of all wheels, and I'm thinking to put the meatier ones on the front. Can anyone confirm for me that the front tires wear out (probably mostly due to steering and more weight from the engine) So that the thicker ones will wear down faster to eventually match the rears before I even worry about rotating them?

  4. Soju! I'm going to be rocking my crotch rocket as much as I can this summer, after-all gas is expensive.. I just filled up and it was $50!! :( I love my new rear sway bar though... second day out and all the hard sweepers I take to and from work display the difference in handling!
  5. hey rice_rocket were in natick. the girlfriend lives over by the dq iam always driving around red lgt sedan eyelids grill delete hids and yellow fogs

I live out on 135 in Natick Village.... I could have sworn I saw you one day and waved.. but got no love :)

  6. haha, still have the garage queen, she's itching to get out from under the covers and in to the great weather, almost have 50K miles on it now, (in 4 years, that's not bad, lol). Bought a house, totaled my daily subaru (someone hit me) so upgraded the DD to the 08 LGT, couldnt get away from the turbo game, lol, and I hate the Evo X, so this came natural, good to see you're still in the area, we'll have to hit up a meet sometime, and congrats on the kid!

50K in 4 years! Yes that's good for a garage queen! :) Wow, you sure sound like you have a nice setup with a new house, and your own 08 LGT for a daily driver! :) My neighbor just bought an X as well, and it's not too bad.. the look is growing on me. He has his car under a cover most of the time too, since he can train it to work downtown. I still am stuck here in Natick with the condo.... and slowing down the the cars. Just had a daughter that's 7 months old now. The only good thing is that the wife didn't make me sell my sport bike! At least that will compete with your Evo haha.

  7. Haha yes that's me man! I've been away from Mitsu's for the last 3 years. Had so many issues for being pulled over in my RR03 ... I'm sure because of the color.. <sigh> Had a kid, went to an automatic Subie.. no more problems! :p How about yourself?
  8. I know some guys in a small shop in Wayland if you need regular stuff done. He's very competent with cars.. but if you were going for the long haul I'd probably go to DSG or definitely Paul in RI. I did a few little things and my buddy helped me out in Wayland, but I always go knowing exactly what I want done, so there's never really any problem.
  9. You were behind me, under the 93 overpass at that time. Lol. Middle lane? It was too dark, couldnt see the rain guards. Nobody spots me either...

    Coulda been me... :)

Umm look up rain guards or jdm rain guards. It fits on the body panels. It doesn't work nearly as well as the ones that fit on door sills...
