  1. Anybody know of a good machine shop in SE Wisconsin? Need to have my heads rebuilt.

    Hi subie nOObie,

    I don't know of any.

For you and ANYONE else that has a Legacy, LGT or Legacy Outback:

Please search for "WI Legacy GT's" on Facebook. The group there is MUCH more active and we do try to get together weekly.

    See yall there!

  2. In case any of you aren't on the FB page:

I'm looking for and aftermarket DP for my 06 LGT w/ 5eat.

Lemme know if ya have something.

    Thanks

Also, I can speak for The Franz, He's damn good at what he does, he'll be tuning mine pretty soon @ LMT (Late Model Throttle)

  3. Synergy Tuning will be having a grand opening party next month. More info to come on post #1.

WISLOC logo contest. Ok so who has any kind of skills designing logos? I want to get some stickers made for us. If you have any ideas post em up and/or email em to me. Afrer we get a few, we can vote and get that shit printed. So take a couple minutes away from the porn and good luck. (Also considering t-shirts, maybe).

Looks like the Madison meet came and went. Blew right by me which sucks. Next year we're gonna put together a meet/cruise from Milwaukee to Madison, maybe linking up with the WRX crowd along the way.

    What else?

  4. Yep, I just showed up unannounced and they dropped everything to help me out. Good people, and they have a ASE master mechanic on staff.

I used to be in the Wiscinsin Probe Owners Club too. Small World for sure.

  5. Welcome SGT Daddy. Sweet lookin wagon!

I went to Synergy Tuning in Port Washington last night. Seems like these guys really know thier stuff, do good work and are open at good hours. They are having a grand opening soon. I'll be posting that info in "Post #1" soon. If there are any meets/events coming up that you want posted in the first post, shoot me a PM.

  6. I'm surprised I haven't seen you at all (I've got a RBP LGT). I'm originally from Port and usually make my way up there about twice a week. I'm currently in Cedarburg and work in Mequon. I'll honk/wave if I catch you sometime in the future

I think my friend whose got a Probe told me about you... you're not formerly from WISPOC, are you?

Yes, yes I am!. I was in WISPOC now WISLOC. Who is your friend with the Probe? I go to Cedarburg Coffee roastery religiously! Look for the car, not the hot chick in my avatar (My GF) I'm a big fat, balding southern guy, relocated up north.

I'm actually headed to get some coffee there right now.

  7. WOW! This really has woke up recently! Glad to see so many LGT (and non-GT) owners postin up. I live up in Port Washington but commute ALL THE WAY to Froedtert for work. I have a ABP LGT w/ eyelids and a ABP 2.5i , I see alot of LGT's and try to honk/wave but usually get the "Who's this axe murderer?!" look.

I'm totally down for a meet/cruise. Bout time us Wisconsin folk start meeting up. I can dust off the first page/Post #1.

  8. Post #1 updated.

Sorry I have been AWOL for a while, but with the weather finally allowing us to come outside I thought we should start planning some stuff...

Subaru City is having their 3rd Annual Car Show. Here's a link to that thread if you're too lazy (like me) to go to post #1 here:

I am considering organizing a cruise to Road America for the American Le Mans Series race which will be held on August 18-20th. The "Big Race" is on Saturday afternoon with racing into the evening. There's PLENTY of time to make arrangements and scrape together gas money. Depending on interest, we might camp out on Friday night. Linky poo:

    What else yall wanna do???

  9. Seems like there is a little life around here, thank God!

Welcome everyone. Looks like Madison has the most interested people so maybe we can plan a meet out there. Like last time, the people from the Milwaukee area could meet early in the a.m. and cruise out to Mad-town together for lunch, then hit up some twisty's and head back home.

I'm down for whenever. Sundays work better for me.

  10. We Madison guys are pretty friendly :)

Indeed! Should we plan a meet in Milwaukee (in the a.m.) and cruise out to Madtown for lunch then maybe find some twisty's? That parking deck near the lake in downtown was perfect in '09.

We could always crash the ChiTown guys, they LIVE @ Hooters

Or, we could AT LEAST plan a meet here in Milwaukee, cruise the lakefront or hit up the Kettle Morain Scenic road for a half-day.

    Brewers Game? Mod meet?

Speak up folks, we could plan this for a few weeks out (late September-early October?)

Who's down? Let's get out of the house before we're snowed in with 4 whole inches of snow! THE WHITE DEATH IS UPON US!!
