Since the front end was completely trashed, the JDM STi front end I had sitting in boxes for over three years finally had a chance to go on, as well as a window lip spoiler
Love the front end! I think I still have the exact same bumper (but in SWP) sitting in a storage unit for the past 4+ years. I never got around to ordering a 2009 spec.B, so it's still in there... somewhere.
What was required for the bumper installation? Were the JDM headlights/fenders required?

Decided to go with my first color choice of white (for the aspen white sti).
I just ordered a set of white wheels (18x8" Work XD-9) for my car too! Let's see how ricey it looks... I'm just competing with the body-kitted white Altima with white/polished lipped wheels that parks across from me at work.
Now I'll have a collection of Diamond Black (a.k.a. BBS hyperblack), silver, gold, and white wheels... I just need to get something black, gunmetal, and bronze and I'm done.

Today around 1pm I spotted a silver LGT wagon with a "LegacyGT.com" license plate frame. I was the white Forester behind you at In-N-Out in Daly City.

Spotted what looked to be a black(?) LGT wagon with anthracite Prodrive P1s and red (aftermarket) front seats on Clement/24th in S.F. around 10pm tonight. I just finished eating at PPQ's.

I won't be able to make it tonight, as I have some to chauffeur around some friends visiting the city.
I'll be back in early Aug.

I'll see you there, but I might not have my car. It's going into the body shop.
No worries... I'll bring the Forester.

White LGT wagon today around 4:20 on 280 North bound. I believe you exited onto 380. Hard to tell since you were weaving in and out of traffic at 100 mph.
Come out to the SSF meet on Wed...

Silver Legacy GT sedan with a burnt out passenger-side DRL on 19th Avenue in San Francisco (near Sloat). Saw you look over...

I went yesterday. It was PERFECT!! Perfect weather, and perfect snow conditions!! Ahh.. Loved it.
Aww... I want to go up.

I spotted a blue LGT being flat-bedded by a white Chevy truck. The LGT had lots of vinyl stickers, the most prominent being the number 93. I was driving the Wifeymobile.
Probably the Lock's;

It was an honest question... Really.

^ What do you need a timer for?

So far i still see only elderly white men and fat middle aged ladies behind the wheel of every LGT i see on the road (mostly east bay).
I saw a car full of (young) girls in a SWP sedan in S.F... But, it was a 2.5i.

Although I didn't spot 16psibrick at SFO today, I did have an encounter earlier in the day when I was in the Legacy. I pulled up next to a silver LGT on 280N at the split to 19th Avenue in S.F. He pulled in behind me when I passed him...

^ I'll be heading out to SFO Friday around 4pm as well to pick up my folks (arriving from L.A.). Honk/wave if you see a Forester with driving lights and Prodrive P7s.

I spotted a lowered(?) '06 ABP sedan with a "Speed Element" decal parked on Shrader (in S.F).

I hope they (Prodrive) are relatively quick about it.

06 specb w/ jdm front end parked next to me.
Finally, a successful spotting...

At ~2:30pm today, I spotted a white LGT sedan which appeared to be lowered+aftermarket wheels going north on 19th Avenue in S.F. (across from Stonestown Mall). I was in my Forester, going the opposite way.

Thanks for the info. How far from Sacramento do you think Gruppe-S is?
It's ~1 hour 40 mins. from Sacramento (in Hayward). I get most of my installs done at LIC Motorsports in Novato, but I go to Mike for tuning. Also, read what TSi+WRX said.

What VTGT said. Your best bet is to drive it around for a few weeks, then get a baseline dyno run at a shop like GRuppe-S (~$75 for a 3 runs). Mike will tell you if it's worth extracting more power or not. In my case, he told me to save my money as my car was running pretty well on Cobb's standard 91 octane Stage 2 map.
I did get a ProTune on my Forester XT, which yielded ~10whp/15lb.ft. more than Cobb's standard Stage 2 map.

Good to know! If only they had kept it as simple as the earlier model years...
I'll part out the bumper, grille, etc. soon, as I'm probably going to end up in another Audi once the lease on the S4 is up.
