Part number for Sedan rear passenger side door and wagon passenger side door? Both 05's. I am wondering if the two doors are interchangeable. I know the glass is different, but what about the door?

Any of you guys have cooling problems? I have a EPIA M1000 and have cooling problems in the tirewell area. Wondering if I should just buy a car specific enclosure like a VOOM I have basically a plastic storage box with a few holes drilled into it for fans. This thing heats up and resets after about 45 minutes of usage on a 90 degree day. I moved it out of the well and just in the back of the wagon……it takes longer but still starts to reboot.

NSFW....how is the refresh rate on those gauges? Usable? Also is there a way in centrafuse to maximize/enlarge the video it plays when you are listening to music? It stays small 1inch x 1 inch.....there has to be a way to maximize it.

f1anatic, You are using a tactrix cable correct? Does it connect automatically when you turn your computer on? Or do you have to navigate a few menus in order to get information? I just bought a accessport and am wondering if I can use the supplied cable to run to my computer to run apps like rom raider. Did you get the OBDII function working in centrafuse?

I realize I should have taken pictures when doing this mod. I will snap some pics next time I rip apart the dash. Hopefully the diagram is self explanatory. If anyone needs anytype of clarification feel free to PM or post. The door unlock wire is the black red/green stripe wire found here in this post: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2972&highlight=doors+unlock In step 8, it mentions to tape of the short section. Instead of taping it up you will use this wire to pulse the relay. The relay itself has a dial which lets you change the duration of staying closed from 0-60 seconds. I just used the full 60 seconds and using the jumper settings on the M2-ATX power supply, the computer stays on for another 30 seconds if I run out of time from the 60 second relay. Usually, when going to my car I will just hit my doors unlocked twice about 50 ft away and by the time I get in the car and crank the ignition I get music playing. One thing I forgot to include in the picture is the relay has a wire that you need to cut so that it activates on positive 12v+. If you leave it uncut it will look for a negative pulse. untitled.pdf

I will try and do a writeup when i gt some free time from work...... I am using Hibernation already....still takes me about 40 seconds to music with centrafuse. I current;y have 512mb of ram....will upping it help it or hurt it? I haven't tried the new centrafuse yet.....seems pretty cool if the phone feature works for it.

I did the one touch all doors open mod. So that leaves me the extra wire that sends a +12V Pulse when I hit the doors open button twice on my key fob. This is enough time for me to get into my car and turn the ignition on. I will try and draw a schematic out if i can get to it at work tommorow. Let me know if you have any questions.

This thread has been pretty dead......Update I bought one of those DEI Timed relays. Using the second All doors unlocked line I am now able to turn on my CARPC remotely using the doors unlock button. Pretty cool since it takes about 45 seconds for my computer to start playing music. I am thinking about trying to fab a Lid which I think will block the sun in the cubb area....the glare is pretty bad! Anyone solve there glare problems?

Has anyone seen the non-turbo 2-tone white Legacy wagon? I saw it again today, tried to snap a picture but pretty difficulte on the freeway. It is a white wagon with the bottom half painted a dark orange/ copper. I saw it on 880 in the Hayward area. No offense if you are on this board, but it is quite hideous. Imagine, white wagon with orange bumpers and bottom half all four doors painted orange.

any chances of of creating a 7inch bezel in the cubby area? Maybe something a xenarc or lilliput screen can just bolt on to? or is there no market for that?

Tried out hibernation last night and it seems to be working with my BU-353 i had to use Xport to split the GPS com port though. Has anyone tried wiring the keyless entry to turn on the car computer yet? I am thinking about getting a pulse timed relay to do that trick. Oh and with hibernation it takes about 45 seconds my hardware specs are as follows: Epia M1000 512 MB Ram (256 allocated to onboard video) 320GB IDE HD

got it....turns out Iguidance won't save any ports that are over 10. Changed the port to 5 and that did the trick. I also changed my resolution to 1024x768. This solved my top of the screen from getting clipped....but windows buttons like start button become super small. I guess i won't be in windows too often once i get everything going. not to resolve my bootup time. 90 seconds from ignition until music! way too long

I have a question...I installed my jazzymod and noticed a whine when plugging my Carpc in. The whine isn't there when using my ipod (ipod isn't being charged by the car either so it isn't using ground from the car). The whine increases with speed......will getting a glc solve my problem? My aux in from the car PC is running along side the power for the computer because i was too lazy to pull out the other side. I regrounded the car pc and it didn't help much. high pitched whining with acceleration = GLC problem?

f1anatic are you using the CFiG plug in for iguidance? I tried it for the first time this mroning. I setup the GPS setting in iguidance to my globalsat 353 gps mouse. Launched centrafuse and it worked fine. I reset my computer and the GPS setting in iguidance defaulted back to com port 1. Am I missing a step?

just curious what resolution are you 7inchers running? I updated my bios and video drivers on my Epia m1000 board and for some reason my vertical size is now cut off at 800x600. Meaning its stretched beyone the screen vertically. Can figure out how to adjust the vsize on this thing. Anyone else have a similar problem?

treo 750 using the internet sharing program built into the phone. pretty simple....just hit connect on the phone. Then join Personal area network on the computer and it is as if i am plugged into a lan with a internet connection.

Haha see what I started? Thanks for the logos! Are you running centrafuse in shell mode? Also...are you using it with your phone? I am able to get internet access via bluethooth to my treo, but its something i need to start in windows each time. Curious if there is a "auto connect" type solution for this

Thanks f1anatic.....I will try a few more things before adding the GLI. Attach a better ground (currently the computer is just grounded to a bolt I found in the trunk, i didn't sand the paint of or anything) Run the audio out away from the power wire for the PC. add a GLI. Also I noticed when I plug my ipod directly into the aux in to the radio I get no wine. But this is probably because the ipod is not using the car for ground. One more thing.....any of you run into cooling issues by placing your PC in the spare tire area? I am running a mini-tx epia M board and stuck it in a tupperware type case. I didn't add any extra cooling......just drilled a bunch of holes in the case. Just wondering if I should add a fan to my spare tire cover.
