  1. Uneven because the wheel gap is different between the front and rear. So you might have a two-finger gap up front and a one-finger gap out back. This is because of the shape of the fenders though, the car itself sits level. I prefer a bit of a rake (front slightly lower than the rear) since it results in even wheel gaps.

     

    Do a search for "saggy butt" shims.

  2. And in case you're wondering, they're chassis code designations.

     

    I wouldn't worry about using them. Just take the few extra seconds it takes to type out what it is. People like to say they use them because it saves time, but if half the people here don't know what they mean, what's the point? Besides being more JDM-tyte, of course.
