I know they made ones for gold brembos but never found one for blacks, the black have the same mounting locations as the 4th gen stockers but are made for a 316mm rotor, plus the offset was slightly changed. I looked for quite a while to get the blacks on my LGT, been years and I found my old ones so I am looking at creating again

Pull the AVCS for that bank, ensure its cleaned, and pull the sensor for that bank and clean it also, just a quick suggestion before going gremlin hunting in electrical

Been a long time since I posted here.... but HI everyone, gonna be doing some minor mods again kn my legacy, buy first.... I am finishing this ABP legacy, just got the heads and all back on, going to put the timing all back together when the kit comes in, i took the heads to get redone..... damn i cant remember the name of them, but if you call Horners shop on 17th and 17th they can refer you to the same machine shop I took these heads to, great job, the kinda small but busy and trustworthy shop I like.

Best lip for the prefacelift bumper is the $90 one on eBay with the $10 STi badge stuck onto it. Looks OEM and is 100% polyurethane so if you do hit it on the ground it flexes rather than shatters.
That's what I like to hear, because the STI lip is very pricey. Can you by chance PM me the one that works, I have been looking but nothing I can verify

just so you know it doesn't fit any of the us or jdm pre facelift bumpers. you have to do the full post front facelift.
That sucks..... I have the pre face lift jdm spec b bumper....... dang it, so hard to get the lip for this thing

Thanks to Ryan at Simple, he was able to update my old V2 get the map loaded onto his lappy, and load it to my V3. Had a good chat with him during load time, definitely changing my fuel lines to a parallel set up when I am changing it to the ID1000 this winter/spring.

Sweet, gotta save some maps and have a divorce, then mailing the v2 back as soon as the V3 is loaded with maps correctly

^ is why I keep my eyes open for a 5th gen GT transmission for a good price (when I can afford it again) its gearing is basically our 5speed with a cruiser gear iirc

I meant I'm waiting, as in, I'm waiting for it to arrive, so I can send my v2 and get my monies back on the exchange program. Already secured a place to store my maps to swap over too.

Did the smart thing, held off on the flex fuel for now, I've read a few people here on the forums getting the kit priced out by item due to them not needing specific items due to already upgrading their fuel lines/rail etc. So.... I am waiting for the V3 right now. Btw I may need someone with a functioning computer to store my tunes for a bit

Just for clarification purposes... I will be needing a tune because I am also installing the ID 1000's and, while I'm there making new fuel lines, because why not I'm messing with the whole thing again.... Chad, I need to chill with ya again and talk parallel vs series for our cars

Shit....... so I have to upgrade to the V3 AP..... but..... the flex fuel kit just came out for my LGT also from Cobb....... looks like I'm gonna be broke and needing a tune come this spring

Just realized out of 134897 miles, I've put on 134894, still very happy with this car.
