  1. I did the same thing, but more ghetto. I removed the front half of the box and simply screwed the K&N filter to the back half of the box and but the air induction piece back on to the front clip. It's been working great for 10000 miles now, and it only took me about 15 minutes to do. I do like what you've done though. It looks way way nicer than my setup.
