  1. What one?

You still in that place in Bartlett? Steve still down the street?

A Tesla 70D. Steve moved out to the woods somewhere and built a house. I imagine it's somewhere on the IL/IA border. We're still keeping it real in Bartlett.

We do have a Jetta TDI too. We just wear a mask when we drive it so we don't die from pollution. I still like that stupid little car and hope that whatever fix VW comes up with doesn't make the car suck.

  2. Several spotteds....

White debadged LGT with tints and blacked out tails in Grand Rapids on 4/6. Not sure if he realized there was another LGT next to/behind him or not.

Black LGT in Northbrook that appears to be owned by a police officer with tinted windows and tails. It's usually parked off the main road so I haven't gotten a good look at it, but it looked like it may have had autox markings on it yesterday (4/11) as well.

Red LGT with tints spotted from afar on the Allstate campus in Northbrook this past week (4/7-4/11)

  3. The de-badged Spec-B was me. I waved a few times but you had tinted windows so I couldn't tell if you saw me.

Your exhaust sounded real good. Makes me want to get an exhaust real soon.

The other LGT was not mine.....I still have my stock Spec-B wheels on my car.

It's nice to finally see some other LGTs on the road!

Yeah, I saw you and wasn't sure if you saw me wave either. It's hard to look at cars to the side of you when you're trying not to rear-end people on 90. :)

The exhaust is the AVO v1 mufflers with Cobb HFC DP. Stock mid/Y - I don't want it any louder. :)

  4. I've had a couple silver LGT spottings in the past week. One debadged specB w/ wing (assumed specb by wheels, too dark to confirm color) from Palatine all the way to about the 90 exit on 53 SB.

The other was a silver debadged LGT with what looked to be 3.0R wheels at Shoemaker rd to 59 NB getting onto 90 EB, then exiting onto 53 SB.

Could have been the same car with winter wheels?

  5. Made sticky. I am un-sticking the original thread

http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40207 see that thread for the original TSB and the part number of th relay if your fans have not already started running all of the time. It is a quick 5 minute fix with a $10 part for those of you who don't want to go to the dealer. Of course I recommend taking your car to the dealer to have them fill it up with gas whenever you need it ;) , but some people feel differently.

The part number for the relay is 82501AG120 and the old thread has pictures to show you want to do, if you so choose.

Either way if your car falls within the applicable VIN ranges get it fixed; once the fans start to say on all of the time it is too late and your ECU needs to be replaced.

I want to go to the dealer, but no way in hell I'm waiting for 2 hours for a $10 relay that's as hard to change as the batteries in my camera. If I can't talk them into just giving me the relay or doing it in the parking lot, I guess I'm paying $10. And I bet those shady bastards will still bill Subaru for the time and the part....

  6. What's with n00bs not understanding the vacation pix? It's like they expect you to be a super model or something, and when they're suprised they come back here and say it's not what they were expecting.

Seriously, if you don't get it, don't post about it. Otherwise, this thread is just going to get locked so dumbasses don't comment about it.

  7. Bring something to drink and take some Motrin.

Big guys, no... But I'm willing to help out anytime you need. Boxes, I'd have to check. A truck I'd might be able to get ya, lemme check on it and see if the families company is willing to let me borrow one of their big shipping trucks.

PM'ed now that this is sticky...

  8. You don't live in Bartlett yet Marc. :D

BTW...aren't you closing soon? Lemme know if ya need any help moving into the new joint.

3pm today! I don't want to have to update it in a couple weeks, cause I'll forget. I just know that I'm lazy and stuff. ;)

Still figuring out the moving stuff. You don't happen to have several big guys, a huge truck, and a couple hundred boxes lying around that you're not using, do you?

  9. Just so you can see where everyone is. Maybe this will help decide meet locations?

Na, probably not, but do it anyways bishes!

Sorry guys that I'm going to be a nazi, but if you're not in the Chicagoland area, or at least a couple hours away, I'll probably remove you from the map.
