Don't know if you'll think this is a deal or not, but I can get your front bumpers filled, primed and repainted for around $300. Less for the rear bumper, because it's probably less scratched/pitted.

 

Obviously, this is just an estimate, but the $300 is probably the worst case cost.

 

All done with PPG paint. They do OEM work, etc. so quality is pretty good and the paint match is great. Industry only...not open to the public.

Can someone recommend a place anywhere from LA down to SD for a stage 2 install (the up and down pipes, mainly)?

Also, check with MINO (pm him on lgt.com or nawsiko)...has been working on WRXs for years and recently, my LGT. Works out of a shop in the Long Beach Area. Has a lift...does mainly installs and maintenance work.
