I am currently in japan and just bought a (new to me) 2004 Legacy B4 for 1000$. it runs just fine had a little trouble starting but that's an easy fix and my driver side window doesn't work I have searched around and noticed this is sorta common. I have never modified a car before and unsure where to start. What are some recommendations that I do or should avoid on my B4. (will add a picture in the future)
