Hey I’m looking for a new/ used engine for my legacy 3.6r and not really knowing what sites to trust so I was hoping if I posted some links of some engines I’ve found if you guys would give me insight into it. My other question would be can I swap in a jdm ez36 engine into it.   3. Hi so I've been struggling to find out if this works. So I found a 2005 manual legacy gt with a a bad motor but everything else is relatively good. Would my engine from my 2005 legacy At swap into a manual legacy? Without Messing with a whole bunch of other things ?
  4. Okay I do live in a place that had e85 available but I don't think I'll go that route quiet yet. Thank you for all the help I'll keep hunting down forums for any other questions. Unless I genuinely can't find anything about the topic. Once again thanks for the help everyone
  5. Okay I'll make sure I dive more into these post . But the answer is no I'm thinking about around 350awhp to 400awhp kinda like everyone else. I think to answer my own questions is that I don't need a rotated up pipe. Thank you for the advice and links you sent
  6. Okay awesome. Yeah I was reading about hex mod I think he stopped making mods for vavle bodies. But I did contact ipt to see if they still mod vavle bodies and they do l. So I'll be upgrading my vavle body through them. I'm also thinking about getting the vf52 turbo and then with the perin equal length headers/perin up pipe. Also they got a rotated up pipe I heard that would be good for bigger turbos but since it's rotated is there any diy I have to do because it's rotated or does it all bolt on? Couldn't find much on that
  7. Okay I'll be sure to get pictures of the suspension parts I have. I do plan on turning up the boost up a good amount later down the road as of now it's my daily so can't be turning up the boost high yet. Also what do you mean getting my vf40 done over with jmp custom treatment? And for vavle body upgrade how would that be done. Do they sell upgraded vavle bodies? Also should mention I do also want to manual swap my legacy. I'm not 100% sure if that's the route I'm going but we'll see eventually. Just read about manual swapping my veichle definitely not going that route
  8. Okay thank you lol . I know the previous owner put some new suspension pieces in not exactly sure what though. I do have a question was looking at this stage 3 grimspeed set for my legacy but says it will fit manual transmission but nothing about automatic. Would this still install into my legacy?
  9. I definitely have a open wallet. My plan is to buy all the parts over the next 2 years or so and then install them all at once and get it tuned.
  10. Hey I've tried to look through the forums on here and I'm still struggling to find a forum for building a 4th gen legacy. Could you guys help me out? I'm just trying to look for a forum to see what after Market parts to upgrade to start running more power.
  11. I absolutely love you're gt wagon . I'll definitely buy that app when I get a chance. Finally got done with tune it's faster then usual not to crazy much but like I said I'm not aiming for high power yet. I have a lot to upgrade before I get there. Thank you for everyone's help it's been really helpful. I attached a picture of the graph from the Dino. I don't know how to read it properly but I guess the pink line is what I'm running at now.
  12. Awesome I'll definitely look around this forum before asking questions lol . I've definitely been using my o'reilly work shirts as my oil rags recently but I'll put a rag in my trunk . I carry coolant and oil and some other things in my trunk just in case I break down. It's going to be a while before I start to build this car completely. Thank you everyone for all the help the car is getting tuned right now and I'm picking it up later today. Sadly selling my cob accesport because I'm going with a open source tune. My favorite thing about the accesport was the Guages I could monitor.
  13. Definitely not trying to tune for high power just yet. I Definitely will later in life but I got a good amount of maintenance to do before I get thier. But on that note how worried should I be about this leak. The shop said just to keep a eye out on my oil levels. And if it starts leaking a lot more to Definitely get it fixed . And what parts would I wanna upgrade when I look at building more power for my veichle?
