I have 150,000 plus miles and nothing wrong with using extra mile valvoline full synthetic. Change every 3 k and you wont have any problems.
-
Ya i hear no leaks at all
-
Okay i got my new Perrin Throttle body hose and my GFB respond BOV put on. Can someone show me a pic of there AVO TMIC with a Perrin Thottle body hose placement clocking direction? Im not getting all 17 lbs of boost now, im getting 10 lbs. I do not hera a leak at all. Seeing if i have the hose clocked in the right direction.

I have herd some not so good things here latly about the GFB one
-
I might just go with the Turbo xs one then
-
Looking at getting a Tial BOV, would you recomend getting a recerculating 50MM one or atmospherical 50MM one?
-
Same here i replaced with the exedy LWFW and hate it. It sounds horible and you can run all stage 2 clutches on stock flywheel.
-
Never mind no one responds on here anyway. I got it all fixed brand new again.

So which side do i need to go on. I tryed the passenger side and could not get the screw out for the glove box to come out. I tried the driver side and ther is a box right in front of it i can not take out. How the hell do you get to this part. I have a new one in hand and cant get to this dam thing. I sick of subarus now. Cant ever get any fingers in anywere on this car.

gj to denver is 245 miles of up and down highway. Im stage 2 and average 30 mpg. did it at 80 one time and got 22 mpg. so it is big.
-
THE 05 gt gets good gas milage at 75-78 mph, but after that it sucks. I always go 75 cruse controle.

Okay cool then i do have it right. I will post pics of the fronts tonight.
-
yes it has the smaler part to the top under the top hat. Im pretty sure the wt of the car will make it go straight. I was asking because in the pic of the instal from fread beans, it look straight.
-
on the front top pearch. is it suposed to be angled when all put together, not on the car? the two holes line up with the knuckel on the bottom of the strut. How do you post pics on here?
-
no not that i know of. the insert slides in very nicely until it hits the bumps on the insert to the strut opening.
-
not yet. i did use the pipe cutter. i got one insert about less than 1/2 a inch almost there. and the other one i can barley budge. im going to get a air compresed gun and slowly tighten everything to were it needs to be this weekend.
-
so what happens when one blows? do you have to cut another strut and do it all over?
-
i have both in, but they are not reaching the bottom. There is no way they are coming out so i can cut anymore of the strut. not even a 1/2 inch left to go. I wonder if the wt of the car when on will push them the rest of the way down? Was it that hard for everyone else to get the insert all the way down?
