I have the following car: Subaru Legacy B4 Twin Turbo Sedan (Japanese made) Model: legacy B4 Year: 2000 Engine code: EJ206DXBKE Transmission Type: Auto (TV1A4YBAAB) I have check engine light coming on regularly after I start driving for about 5 minutes and won't come off. When the light is on I lose power on hills. I need a scanner..which one do you recommend I get?
