Legacies

Any idea what the fuse in the dash would be labeled or what size it would be? I pulled out all the mini fuses this morning and didn’t see any other broken ones.

The battery shop put in a new battery in my Legacy. They used an OBD2 battery backup in the process. I found and replaced a blown fuse in the engine compartment, but my OBD2 port still doesn't seem to have any power, so I can't clear the codes. My whole dashboard is lit up and blinking. Yesterday the car always started on the first try, and now it takes multiple trys to start. I'm so upset. Any ideas?
