  1. Thanks All_talk, at least I know where to look now.
  2. Having had the car for 3 months now I am very happy with almost everything. Having sorted the tyres, replaced the front brakes and all the fluids it now drives well if you ignore the front left wheel bearing hum. However the satnav has a mind of its own. Having calibrated it and then just using it as a map display it seems to wander off track at random moments and can then get totally lost!! It is as if it is working by dead reckoning only with no GPS amendments. So my question is: Should it have GPS and if so where is the antenna? Cheers
  3. Does anyone know if this sunroof trim from a Tribeca will fit my Legacy? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254294632295?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
  4. Looking for the trim which covers roof edge and roof liner edge around the sunroof aperture
  5. Thanks! Yes I think they actually look better on an executive saloon than the rather too sporty 5 spokes!!
  6. After considerable searching I managed to find a set of very good condition 16" wheels and almost new continental tyres which I have now had fitted for a few weeks and I can confirm the ride is very much smoother. Quite happy with it now and I think it looks ok, Here are the before and after pictures!! Thanks for the advice and comments
  7. Thanks for that Max, I'll have a look. I am hoping for some personal experience info from members. Thanks for the welcome too.
  8. Hi, I am a newbie having just aquired my 2004 4th generation Legacy SE N 2.5i AWD. Having come to the Legacy from a Citroen C5 I find the ride is much firmer as expected but almost too harsh over small bumps, eg catseyes, so I wondered whether it is possible and sensible to swap my 215/45/17 wheels for some 215/55/16 wheels to give me higher sidewalls and therefore hopefully take the edge off the ride. Any comment or advice would be welcome. Cheers Mick
