  1. These cars have so many small changes in each year and its tricky as most of the time you have to research yourself but it makes it worth it in the end as you learn how to do something new! remember always use the factory service manual it will save your ass!
  2. Looking around and found this kit from exedy. master and slave look alike and i think it will work...Im not sure here are some photos and links. (edit) I dont think it will but ill keep this thread open incase it does end up fitting or working. Link to the kit: https://www.enjukuracing.com/products/exedy-clutch-master-and-slave-combo-isr-stainless-braided-clutch-line.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjwsLWDBhCmARIsAPSL3_1dy5RqscrwBYx_mL_c3TDkDyUGckS1UuixQrF94Dv18PpIcbctlPgaAkwvEALw_wcB Stock slave: Stock master:
  3. Me too I dont understand i would figure since oem is 260(i think) Send some photos of the rear rotors mounted on with the wheel--The more photos and angles the better
  4. Buy the same size rear rotors. Send that kit back and buy a kit that has 260mm all around and save yourself some time. Hope this helps man! I always double check parts on my car before i order them. Ill send a link to the brakes i use
  5. Some photos of it would help.. make sure the rear rotors are the correct size. Maybe the dust shield is bent? also send a link to the rotors you got. Edit: What size wheels do you have? 14 or 15s?
  6. speed sensor 1 should be on the rear of the tranny: photo here As for speed sensor 2 (edit: im pretty sure speed sensor 2 for a manual is in the same spot for a auto not to sure) photo here:
  7. in search of a complete shift linkage assembly for my 5mt swap and found a 02 wrx sedan shifter assembly Will it fit on a 96 subaru legacy? Link for the shifter: https://www.ebay.com/itm/02-SUBARU-IMPEZA-WRX-SEDAN-MANUAL-SHIFTER-ASSEMBLY/254882565623?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D6acd4c3468cf4310a980007171682a5a%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D254882565623%26itm%3D254882565623%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057%26brand%3DSubaru&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3Aa15d6ce7-9626-11eb-89a2-eaa5eb856bdc%7Cparentrq%3Aa2ba500a1780a45d8505b6dbffda0c72%7Ciid%3A1
  8. Check the factory service manual...If you dont have one try and find one on a fourm. Ill try to link one if i can find it.
  9. Picked up a 5MT for cheap from a 98 outback 2.5.... that 5MT has 4.11 gears in the front. I have a 96 legacy 4eat with 4.11 gears. I was wondering if i can use my rear diff with the manual or do i have to swap the diff too... Dumb question but couldnt find anything on this. (edit) update on the swap... Pulled the center diff and started to weld the diff.
  10. What if i made a couple strut bars that are good quality for cheap +shipping. Anyone?
  11. (edit) forgot to say i pulled the front cv axles as well still have to weld the diff
  12. go for it man took me maybe half an hour But i would weld the rear diff while your at it its worth it man!
  13. I made my shitaru RWD with the 4EAT. Very nice feeling when everyone doubts you and tells you that its impossible 10/10
