D_J Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 Do you guys sell slotted brake rotors for our Legacy's? Or how much extra would you change to install if I provided my own? I want the stainless lines, street front pads and possibly go stage 2 with the rotors. Probably makes sense to go ahead and bleed-out all the fluid and replace with fresh too. I'll pay for the fluid. DrJayMixwell Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 just had my 30k service done at EDO. good service. heres my review: i walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. very friendly. she called Edwin, the manager, and he showed up within a couple minutes of my arrival. i spoke to him briefly over the phone and when i got there he gave me explained to me everything that they would be performing on my car. then he recommended a few other things but i didnt feel pressured at all. after that he gave me a tour of the whole facility and introduced me to all of his employees. he also showed me all of the cars they were currently working on, including his R33 skyline. after the tour we went back into the office, filled out some paperwork, then i gave him my keys and they started on my car right away. here's the service i had performed: 30k maintenance and inspections (listed in first post of this thread)Zero Sports drop in filterZero Sports intake pipereflash all of this service was done in a timely manner. i was in and out in just under 3 hours. they had no problems with me observing the work if i wanted to. they also have complimentary WiFi. after the service, i test drove the car. everything was good, finalized the paperwork, then i was on my way. before i left, edwin gave me some literature on some of the other work they offer in case i decide to make any other modifications to my car. he also gave me a small gift for choosing them. that night, i was driving my car and while accelerating, i felt a small jolt and the check engine light came on. so the next day i went back. edwin was on the phone but after he got off the phone he came out to my car and checked for errors. apparently he upped the boost too much since my car is mostly stock. so he reflashed again. and now 3 days later everything is running smooth. i had a good experience overall. i would recommend them to friends and plan and returning for more service.
