License Plate Bulb removal replacement

I figure i post this since no one's done it yet with pictures. This process is a little too hard and daunting for someone who has never done it, so here is the pictorial process.

1. Remove trim fasteners. Either grab onto the carpet and pull down slowly...or use some kind of tool. 3 trim fasteners in total to remove.

4. stick your hand in there to reach the housing for the license plate bulb. you'll have to do this by feel but it's not that hard. Here's what the inside looks like, the pic isn't that great, but it's the best i could do.

Thanks for the writeup on these, and good pics!.. ive done this before on other cars, it looks to be about the same, kind of a pain in the butt. Ive got a bunch of 194 superwhite LED's that will look great back there, but I havent gotten around to doing this yet.

Someone move this into the Walk-Throughs section! This is definitely worthy of being one! :D Good job! :)

Thx for the love :). Hopefully someone else will be able to benefit from this since the design sucked so much.

I'm actually waiting for my 194 LED's from ebay and this part of the car hopefully i'll never have to open again :p
