The Legacy was chosen a "top safety pick" for 2006 by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (one of those groups that do crash tests). LegacyGT 05 Posted December 5, 2005 Share Posted December 5, 2005 breaks? :lol The rotors seem to be crappy out of the box and I'll get them cut at somepoint, but the brakes in general are very good. The vibration isn't an indication of bad brakes, but improperly cut rotors (or warped if they are old). As for insurance, I was pretty happy when I traded an 01 car for this and my ins. went up all of $30/year on a side note - Sutter2k - where are you?
