Up for sale: Low mileage, well cared for Cannondale R300 Road Bike

Make: Cannondale R300

Size: 50cm Frame

Color: Red

Misc: mavic wheels, Shimano RSX components

Condition: Normal wear & tear from non-usage/storage, NO dings dents or issues with frame. Garage kept, great condition.

Recently put air in the tires, road it around...gears shift smoothly and solid as a rock.

Location: Home - HB, Work - Irvine

Reason for selling: Bike purchased by wife as a commute bike (back in SF) Didnt get much use due to elective foot surgery shortly there after...Fast forward to today, bike gets ZERO use as the her mountain bike + kid trailer are her primary.

Been told by local bike shops that this would be a rock solid road bike for someone to start with and/or a GREAT candidate for a Fixed Gear Conversion.

I've toy'd with converting it to a Fixed Gear, but with 4 bikes in the fold and a new addition to the fam coming in July, this project will likely never get off the ground...plus i'm mid-restore on a beach cruiser and that definately would get more use then this ride.

Found these conversions online

PLEASE PM me if you have any questions or wanna check it out in person...

Thanks for your time!!

It's an excellent road bike and I'd buy it (especially from Merv:wub:) but my riding/training days were over the day I broke my foot off. Such is life.

Bump for a great ride and equally great seller.
