Hmm, you'll probably experience some oversteer with the car now. Perrin is a solid bar IIRC and OEM bars are usually hollow, so your front is probably equivalent to a 22-23mm solid bar. Anyhow, Ill wait for a review!

whoooaaaa, let me know how it goes...this may be another option rather than the Rallitek N/A front sway bar

Apparently the Whiteline 22mm solid FSB part# BSF35Z is for the 05-09 N/A Legacy as well...

I wonder what the Tribeca FSB costs??

install complete, and only one modification needed to the tribeca bushing. everything else is just bolt on. total retail price for all the parts is $179.87

I paid less because I work at subaru, but this is the only 25mm bar you will ever find for our N/A cars. handling is much more flat, and reactive. go get one NOW!!!

shave the bushing:

(2) Forester Rear end links: 20470SA011

(2) Tribeca sway bushings: 20414XA01A

Mmmm I like the ideal of the bar, but those endlinks look pussy. I would like to see that bar with the AVO or ralliTek endlinks.

well if it makes any difference, I have replaced many of the "pussy" ones on the front and rears of legacies, but have yet to replace these ones for the rear of a forester. they don't wear out. I'm sure they may wear out sooner when attached to a 25mm bar, but I feel they are pretty stout.

Interesting setup using some factory parts to boot.

shtbxr22, how does your car handle now (i.e.- understeer, neutral, oversteer)?? Also, have you had a chance to try it out on a road course/track?

Reason I ask is how much you changed the ratio of the front to rear bars. I know that our cars are tuned toward understeer for safety sake, but I prefer a more neutral layout. Bringing the rear bar closer to the front bar stiffness will achive that, but going too far will bring to toward the oversteering realm. If you aren't ready for that you can get yourself in some trouble. When I bumped up the RSB on my SVO it brought it from understeer central to a nice even neutral setup, where I can steer with my throttle if I need to. That would be nice to replicate on my 2.5i.

well, to me it feels quite neutral. I have a 25mm perrin in the rear on full stiff with stout mounts, and kartboy endlinks. the front is what is listed previously. springs are tein S-tech, just for reference because I didn't have the sways with stock springs. also, the car out handles my comfortability level on the street (off ramps), so she needs to go get flogged at the track so I can give you guys a complete synopsis. on a nice backroad one time I got the ass to come out a little, but I had to try for it.
